市場營銷主任 (兼職 / 全職)

Marketing Officer (Part Time / Full Time)
 
職責：
  • 統籌宣傳品及廣告設計、製作及分配，包括印刷宣傳品及管理網上社交平台
  • 對外撥出電話以收集適用資訊
  • 視乎工作需要，或需外勤工作
  • 提供一般行政職責及預備銷售所需之報告或分析
  • 視乎工作需要，需跟進特別指定的工作或計劃
要求：
  • 持高級文憑／副學士／同等學歷或以上
  • 懂一般電腦應用、Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint操作及中文打字輸入
  • 良好讀寫廣東話及中文、基本讀寫英文，操流暢普通話者為優
  • 可於壓力下工作、積極及具良好的組織能力、責任感、溝通／談判技巧
  • 優先考慮能即時上班者及歡迎新畢業生／現屆大專生應徵
 
Job Description:
  • Co-ordinate the development, production and distribution of marketing materials, publications and advertisements including printed promotional materials and monitoring online social media platforms
  • Make outbound calls to collect useful leads
  • Conduct field work on ad hoc basis
  • Provide general administrative duties and prepare sales related analysis and reports
  • Perform ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • High Diploma / Associate Degree / with same level of qualification or above
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese; proficiency in English and Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure, possess good sense of responsibility and interpersonal / negotiation and communication skills
  • Immediately available is preferred. Fresh graduates / existing tertiary students are also welcomed to apply
高級客戶經理 / 客戶經理 / 物業顧問
Senior Account Manager / Account Manager / Property Consultant  
 
職責：
  • 與客戶、業主及發展 商建立長遠且信任的開係
  • 提供專業的物業代理、移民 及按揭轉介服務
  • 進行分析及預備銷售所需的宣傳品及相關文件
要求：
  • 中六／持同等程度或以上
  • 持有地產代理／營業員牌照，或已報考地產代理監管局之地產代理／ 營業員資格考試者優先
  • 擁物業銷售經驗者優先，但並非必要條件
  • 目標為本、具良好的溝通／談判／客戶管理技巧，可於壓力下工作、主動積極、熱情外向
  • 良好讀寫廣東話及中文、基本讀寫英文。操流暢普通話者為優
  • 懂一般Microsoft Word、Excel及 PowerPoint操作
  • 經驗較淺者會考慮獲聘為客戶經理／ 物業顧問
 
Job Descriptions:
  • Build long term and trustful relationships with clients, landlords and developers
  • Deliver professional property agent, migration and mortgage referral services
  • Conduct analysis, prepare communication materials and documentation for sale’s use

Requirements:

  • Form 6 / with same level of qualification or above
  • Holder of Estate Agent’s License is preferred; candidates who have applied to sit for the EAA exam will also be considered
  • Sales experience in the property market will be an advantage but not a must
  • Target-driven and strong in negotiation, communication and client management. Ability to work under pressure, proactive and positive, enthusiastic and outgoing
  • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese; proficiency in English and Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Account Manager / Property Consultant
